Secret Road Hall Concert
JJ: I want to cherish this moment. Even if it’s taking a toll on my body. The tv guestings, the concerts, I can do them now. I will not take all of these for granted considering I haven’t been able to do them for 8 years.
JJ: I will do better from now on. A friend from Korea asked me why I spend so much time in Japan.. I came to Japan because there are a lot of people supporting me and I was given a chance to be active so I grabbed it because I might not be given a chance again in this lifetime.
JJ: There was a time that I was troubled and in pain but I always show you a smiling face while trying to wait for chances. Time flows. Let’s keep going together. It may take time but I promise you, I’ll be a man that will protect you too.
JJ: There are rumors of additonal performances after the hall tour. I don’t know. I will not tell! I can’t tell you! [Pause] Maybe I’ll announce something at the hi touch in December.
JJ: for me right now, what is important is that I want to succeed from the bottom up. I’ve been telling you since the restart of my activities that I want to be able to grow. Since I started from the bottom, it is possible for me to keep on improving.
JJ: Unlike before where events are announced just weeks or just 1 month before the actual event, now I can actually plan events way ahead of the actual event. Note: for some instances in the past, venues get cancelled if they announce an event earlier.
When JJ saw a fan with Hyde’s uchiwa (large fan), he kept on saying “I want it! Hyde-san’s uchiwa!!”
JJ: I couldn’t work in JP for nine years so now that I am active again, I want to give it my best and work harder so I will not regret anything.
JJ: I posted on IG a video from 10 years ago. 1, 1/2 years later, I wasn’t able to work in Japan since then.
JJ: In the past, an avex staff who worked with us when we were 5 has
died. He worried for us until the end. I kept on thinking that if I had
come to Japan sooner, I would have contacted him so we could meet. I
didn’t get that chance.

JJ: don’t want (you to call me that)

JJ: It’s my 15th anniversary this year. Will have to work hard for 4+ years so I’ll be like Arashi-san. (Who is celebrating their 20th anniversary this year)
JJ: It’s lonely when you are working alone but I’m doing the best I can because there are people who stayed together with me. I will not give up mid-way. This year I felt the support more than usual. I will be more open from now on.
JJ: I sang Sign so many times that my live perfs almost sounded like the recorded song on CD. I was accused of lip sync during the chorus part. So I intentionally did an adlib to prove I’m singing live.
