Kim Junsu's pre-release song '..IS YOU' Conquers Music Charts

[by Woorim Ahn] Kim Junsu (XIA)’s pre-release song ‘..IS YOU’ swept music charts.

CJeS Entertainment said, “On May 19 at midnight, XIA’s pre-release song ‘..IS YOU’ was disclosed. Currently, the song was placed on high ranks of music charts and proved his popularity. It will be a popular song after ‘How Can I Love You’.”

‘..IS YOU’ is composed by singer-songwriter Sunwoo Jung Ah that produced 2NE1’s ‘Hurt’. It is a neo-soul pop song and as XIA’s voice was mixed with Sunwoo Jung Ah’s emotions, they completed a fantastic collaboration song.

Moreover, the pre-release song raised the mass public’s anticipations for his fourth official album ‘XIGNATURE’ and the fans are showing explosive feedbacks.

Kim Jun-Su (XIA) dropped his 4th album “Xignature” and the reception could not be better. As of this morning (May 19th) at 7am, XIA’s newest single “..IS YOU” reached number one on MNET, BUGS, and Olleh Music. The song knocked off and took the place of TWICE’s mega-hit title track “Cheer Up”.  Is there a new leader in town?

The song captures a more intimate and personal side to the singer that we haven’t seen before. This album is definitely a shift for XIA with the incorporation of more HipHop, EDM and R&B elements, but apparently this shift in style and tone is seriously working out for the artist. Emotion, sultry and beautiful, this new album is everything!
 
XIA’s contribution last month to KBS’s <Descendant’s of the Sun> OST “How Can I Love You” marked the beginning of his comeback, the song reaching number one on both domestic and international charts.

C-JeS Entertainment said, “Ahead of the release of his full-length 4th album ‘XIGNATURE’ at the end of May, Kim Junsu (XIA Junsu) has confirmed its title track as ‘ROCK THE WORLD’ . The responses from fans throughout the world were hot when the news, in which they can come upon an irreplaceable ‘Kim Junsu-grade dance song’ once again, was reported”.
The title track ‘ROCK THE WORLD’ is a song by [Bruce] “AUTOMATIC” [Vanderveer], who worked on Kim Junsu (XIA Junsu)’s full-length 2nd album’s title track ‘INCREDIBLE’. This dance song is another song that’s flavored with a hip-hop element and contains astonishing vibrant colors.

Being ridiculously talented and unrealistically attractive, K-pop idols usually seem to be too perfect to be real. Some of these idols so much so that they end up looking like fictional characters that we can only dream of. Kim Jun-su to reveal track prior to album release

Singer Kim Jun-su (C-Jes Entertainment)
Singer Kim Jun-su of JYJ will reveal a track from his fourth album “Xignature,” prior to its release, according to his agency C-Jes Entertainment Monday.

The track “..Is You” will be released Wednesday at midnight. The song, composed by singer-songwriter Sunwoo Jung-ah, is reported to be a love ballad.

Alongside the announcement, the JYJ’s official Facebook account posted a calligraphy piece where parts of “..Is You” lyric is inscribed, on Monday.

Having debuted in 2003 as a TVXQ member in the K-pop scene, Kim, 29, has released three solo albums including “Tarantallegra” (2012), “Incredible” (2013) and “Flower” (2015). The former TVXQ member is set for fourth album release at the end of May. The exact date, however, has not been made public.
