[NEWS]180517 Military service ‘Kim Junsu, this time imputed 150 million retirement payment lawsuit’

JYJ Kim Junsu was involved in unpaid repayment of the fan meeting.
Although Kim Junsu is currently serving as a police officer in the army, he is still annoyed by the constant noise of money. In the case of a hotel in Jeju, which was the owner until the military service
Kim Junsu signed a contract with A (defendant) for the planning and sale of tour products in order to open a fan meeting promotion event at the time of possession of Jeju Toscana Hotel in 2016. After that, defendant A granted permission to B company (plaintiff) in Daejeon metropolitan city on March 21, 2016 to plan and sell Kim Junsu fan meeting tour product which was scheduled to be held in October of the same year. At that time, both sides signed a contract to pay a total of 310 million won (excluding VAT). Manuscript B delivered a deficit of 150 million won to the defendant.
However, the contract was canceled on April 29, about a month later, by a dispute between the defendant and the plaintiff. As the previous fan meeting was not as expected, plaintiff B filed an objection. On June 29, however, the defendant A was forced to exercise his right of dismissal on the grounds of default on the plaintiff B company.
In response to this, plaintiff B was convicted on April 4 of this year after a civil lawsuit against Daejeon District Court to receive the amount of 150 million won from defendant A and the delayed damages. As a result, defendant A must repay a 15% yearly delayed loss set by the Special Act on Promotion of Private Litigation until the date of repayment of 150 million won and September 27, 2016 (the next day of delivery).
However, even though the defendant A had a legal ruling, he insisted that “all the money was given to Kim Junsu for 150 million won” and “I will return it to the plaintiff if I get the money back from Kim Junsu.”
An official said, “The plaintiff made a contract when he saw Kim Junsu’s reputation. The company has not received a penny of the contract amount of 150 million won from the person who is the party of the lawsuit. Even though the court ruled, there is no money back. Manuscript B was hit by a bankruptcy last year. ”
“This contract is a problem between defendants and plaintiffs. Kim Junsu has already returned $ 100 million in down payments to defendant A. There is no legal responsibility for the lawsuits of both companies. Kim Junsu is actually a victim. ”
This is not the first time Kim Junsu’s legal work has been done. Jeju Toscana Hotel, which opened in 2014, suffered a suicide due to fraud charges related to the sale proceeds. At that time, the court was fined 10 million won for the construction company, saying that Kim Junsu’s honor was seriously damaged. In addition, the sale of the Toscana hotel failed, and the company was forced to sell, delayed payment of employee wages, and returning tax benefits to Jeju Island investment district. In addition, he suffered of delinquent health insurance premium and national pension.
Kim Junsu is scheduled to do his entire duty after completing duty duty service in November.

Park Yoochun and Hwang Ha Na have recently parted ways.
An inside source reported on May 15, “The two recently broke up. As far as I am aware, they are no longer dating in addition to calling off their marriage,” and added, “I cannot know the exact reason for their breakup, but they ended on good terms.”
In response, Park Yoochun’s agency C-JeS Entertainment commented, “Park Yoochun and Hwang Ha Na recently ended their relationship,” and continued, “We ask for your understanding on not being able to explain further as it is his personal life. Thank you.”
