[NEWS] 160805 Accuser imprisoned for ‘false allegation of Park Yuchun sexual assault’…”destruction of evidence & flight risk”

Seoul Gangnam Police Station disclosed arrest warrants got issued in court; in requesting for the charges of false allegations and attempted blackmail toward Ms. A –the woman who first accused Hallyu star Park Yuchun with the charge of sexual assault– and for the charge of attempted blackmail by Ms. A’s male cousin.
Judge Jo Eui-yeon of Seoul Central District Court –who handled the interrogation of the suspects before their imprisonments– explained the reason for the issue of the warrants, “There is the fear of the destruction of evidence or of them escaping, to when they are summoned for the truths of their criminal conducts”.
Toward Ms. A’s boyfriend who received the charge of attempted blackmail together with her, the judge said, “It is difficult to accept the need and the grounds for his detention, when viewing in the light of the progress of the investigation and such up to now,” and overturned it.
It is policy the police wrap up the case sooner or later enough to determine on whether their [Ms. A’s and her cousin Mr. Hwang’s] imprisonments or not, and forward the case to the prosecution in the middle of next week.

The police have requested for a preliminary arrest warrant for “A,” Park Yoochun’s first accuser of sexual assault.
On August 4, the Gangnam Police Station revealed that they requested preliminary arrest warrants for A, A’s boyfriend, and A’s cousin for attempted blackmail.
A source from the police stated, “We requested arrest warrants because we judged that the crime is not minor but rather quite serious. The acceptance or rejection of the request will be decided later today.”
Following the results of this request, the police will send their findings on the case to the public prosecutor’s office.
The first accuser accused Park Yoochun of sexual assault on June 10. He was later accused of sexual assault by three more individuals. Following investigations, Park Yoochun was acquitted of sexual assault charges. However, he was booked without detention for suspicion of solicitation of prostitution involving one of the individuals.

Junsu reveals whether he dated and received many confessions during his school days

Junsu talked about his popularity during his school days on the August 3 airing of 'Junsu's Private Life' which broadcast via mobile app 'HeyoTV.'

Because fans had insisted that they wanted to see him in his school uniform, the idol obliged and progressed the show in a cute school uniform. When one fan requested for him to act like a male student who received a confession, Junsu admitted, "I've received a lot of confessions during my school years. But I don't think I can act it out. Please don't make me randomly do this kind of thing," laughing.

Junsu went on to say, "I was never in a relationship in my school days. In high school, my popularity declined. Which isn't to say that I tried hard to look good in middle school. It's just that I didn't wash my clothes or was busy playing soccer," blissfully reminiscing about the past.

The idol then denied that he's handsome, claiming that he's just your average looker. He said, "There were many students who were better-looking than I was. But at the time, I was nearly treated like a star just because of the fact that I was a trainee at one of the big three agencies. I would dance and sing a lot in Goyang City, and I would even go to other schools' festivals to perform so that's how I became popular. It wasn't just because I was handsome. I definitely can't acknowledge your compliments that I'm good-looking. I just think I'm average-looking."

XIA Junsu (Kim Junsu) recently shared what his life was like in high school.
Through the mobile app “HaeyoTV,” Junsu got to share his story on the last episode of “Kim Junsu’s Personal Life.” In the previous episode, Junsu did not answer all the right questions for a game, and so he had to wear a high school uniform on the opening of the broadcast as punishment.
During the episode, a fan asked him to act like a student receiving a confession. “I received a lot of confessions when I was in school, but I can’t act. Please don’t ask me out of the blue,” he replied laughing.
He went on to describe his high school days. “When I was a student, I never dated. Back then, I looked a lot more like a pretty boy. I was pretty popular in high school,” he continued. “But there were a lot of friends that were better looking than me. It was more because I was a trainee at a big agency, so they treated me like a celebrity. I would sing and dance in my hometown, and I would even perform at other schools. It was not simply because of my looks. I cannot acknowledge that it was because I was good looking. I think I’m just okay to look at.”
XIA Junsu recently performed in China for his “2016 XIA ASIA TOUR CONCERT,” and filmed his “Kim Junsu’s Personal Life” episodes with 82 guests and 170 online participants.
